This apartment is located on the top two floors of an adorable 3-story townhouse on 18th Street between 7th/8th Ave. Short walks to both Prospect Park, Greenwood Cemetery and a dog run.

There are multiple grocery and pizza options. Blocks from the post office & UPS.

Street parking available. Subways F/G at 7th Ave and R at Prospect Ave are quick walks.

The building owner is very sweet, she lives in the unit beneath. On occasion, she uses the yard, and I help her with odds and ends. She has a sassy cat named Raven who loves to lounge in the sun outside.
